Jim Tyrrell, the owner and manager of 2150 Folsom, LLC, is a resident of Boulder, CO and has been since 2008. He purchased the land at 2150 Folsom and the adjacent vacant property with development in mind. He envisioned a modern building design respectful of its neighbors and location at the edge of the Whittier neighborhood, Pearl Street and the 28th Street business district. He isn’t just the developer, he plans to live in one of the units and therefore took great care in selecting a team to design, market and build Flatiron Vista.
When not working on this project, Jim is a technology, design, strategy and innovation leader at Red Hat, Inc. He and his wife enjoy being Boulder, CO residents for the numerous outdoor activities in Boulder’s backyard.

Patrick formed The Patrick Brown Group after a successful career as a professional triathlete. Patrick applied the same combination of intelligence, athleticism, passion and humor from the sports world to his new career in real estate, development, and design.

For The Mark on Pearl project, Patrick worked with Pace Development on everything from initial concepts to floor plan creation, interior specifications, and pricing.
